RecommendedMy first dining experience with Red Robin. National Cheeseburger Day, so what the heck. Arrived at 1:20 p.m. and had food by 1:35 p.m. Dylan, my waiter, was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Basic cheeseburger today with endless fries $ 5 with beverage purchase. Will go back soon and try one of their gourmet burgers for I prefer a larger beef patty. Fire grilled flavor the tipping point. Beef not just flipped on a basic grill.
Ok so , halfway through our meal a roach decides to join us. I report it ASAP to the server as we are moving to another table. Server gets the manager who comes with her cell phone to look. She didn’t find it because I had seen it go between the booth and wall. It was like she didn’t believe me. I would of taken a pic but i had to grab my phone fast because it was getting super close to it. We were offered an apology but nothing else. Took the waitress a little too long to come to our table but after we ordered our food & drinks came fairly quickly!
