Service I bar was excellent. Everything I asked for was on the ticket. What happened to quality control with orders to go . 2 nd time order was wrong and didn’t match tickets

Ive given this place so many chances, at least 4 to be exact, and each time theyve disappointed me, theyve given me an uncooked burger, still raw in the middle, messed up shakes, and today gave both burgers i ordered completely incorrect, the manager got involved, not by me. He took 1 burger off my ticket today, which i appreciated, but, will never go back to the place. I tried, i really did try to give plenty of chances. But 4 times was ridiculous.
wanted to support them in this uncertain time and everything we ordered was amazing
My preteens love the fast-paced atmosphere to enjoy delicious onion rings, shakes, and noteworthy signature burgers.
