Came here to celebrate my birthday and burger was not good and cold. Fries half not cooked my daughter vomit due to eating a raw fry. Had to get up and ask for someone to bring me a to go box for my daughter grill cheese. Also under staffed never got my to go drink and had to get up and ask to be cash out. Waste of $28
Food was good, waiter was a jerk. He kept looking down his nose at us. He was condescending and acted like we were not worthy of his time. We were at a chain restaurant for a hamburger where he was a waiter and he thinks he is to good to wait on us?
Went to Red Robin in Arlington today got there at 1:50 ordered didn't get food until 2:45 .... it was burgers already.... terrible service . On top of that the women's bathroom was out of order for a time ask the waitress what an I supposed to do. She claimed not to know there was a worker in there. How could you not know that ? $50 dollars for 2 burgers a 2 bar drinks ???? I could have had a damn steak for that!!! There no apology for the huge delay nor no type of comp on the high ass bill... Best Burger 🍔 Restaurant by FAR. In Quality, Quantity and Service. And last but not least GREATER WITH PRICES $$$ Recommend this place without any doubt.
We've eaten there a few times, but this time my burger was the worst burger I've ever gotten there.
