Server didn't do refills. Employees sitting around entrance too busy sitting & joking & staring to help keep the doors from hitting kids as families tried to leave. Kids burgers were flavorless & kids refused to eat them - adult burgers had totally different flavor (delicious!), very disappointing

I hadn’t ate at a Red Robin in quite some time and was really looking forward to it- it was myself, my husband, and our 2 boys. Our waiter, Tony, was a really nice guy- he even brought us some complimentary fries because our food was taking so long. (The fries were cold) It took f-o-r-e-v-e-r for our food to come out, once it finally did my husbands order was wrong, one of my sons pizza was cold, my fries were cold- still and even though we had already waited such a long time- my other sons mac n cheese wasn’t even ready!? Server messed up our order, no big deal...we waited for the burgers to be remade. When the time came to checkout, it took the server and manager nearly 10 minutes to fix the check (remove the incorrect burgers), yet we all left tips (mine was around 18%). Then today when my credit card charge finalized, I see that they helped themselves to a nearly 40% tip. � Will be going back up there tomorrow to straighten this out, and sadly for them, I literally have the receipts.

I asked for a "no pink" burger but it came out really dry. I complained, and manager was really courteous, ordered a new burger and gave us onion rings while we waited (which are to die for!) the burger came after 5 minutes and was divine! Thank you for taking good care of us, we will come back! food and cocktails are so good!!

04/28/2018 7:17pm Table 81/1 Manager, why would you put a party of 40 rowdy people in the middle of your establishment. Server: Guadalupe, we got our appetizers with no napkins or utensils. Then when you finally came back as soon as we got forks our food got piled on on top of the appetizers. 2 out of 3 burgers were so dry the were not edible.
