Eight of us were seated quickly. Food was fantastic as always and probably the best waitress I've ever had at any restaurant ever.
I was very satisfied with the food and the service my first time going...i went on my birthday for a B-Day dinner my only issue they didn't sing me happy birthday as I was promised ugh lol I was really looking forward to that
Really said that you’ve eaten here for years and I have been ordering the same thing for years and today I am told can’t do it anymore. REALLY. I’m gonna call corporate to let them know how disappointed I am and let everybody know this place is not where your your money pays for what you want.
The food is always good at Red Robin. The service can be spotty though not awful but less than stellar. The real annoyance is using the kiosk at the table to pay and there's no paper in it for a receipt. So last night, I hit the "call server" button twice before our server finally made it back to the table to help. While we were waiting, other waitstaff and bus staff had to see the blinking light (it was sitting on the edge of the table) but no one stopped by and apparently no one told our server. Our server "Sarah 💕" was by far one of the best servers we have ever had. To be honest, we usually don't get great service and I feel that a lot of times we are unfairly profiled because we have dreadlocks and look like your typical "dirty hippies"....but having been a server myself in the past I value being taken care of, and when I am spending $50-$80 on a meal eating out I want to have a good experience.
