our server forgot about us. We didn't even get a chance to order. we went to Red Robin so my husband could get his Veterans day meal, we waited in the waiting area for 15-20 min watch 3 people who came in after us to be seated before us. we left without being served. horrible horrible customer service.
dont order fish and chips to go! got the food home and the fish was not edible, greasy soggy batter. We have had this dish in the restaurant and it was very good, but take out was awful.

No stars if I could. Sat at the bar waiting to put in a Togo order, and about 7 people looked at me and walked by. That was your staff, terrible service. I walked out without anyone even saying a word. This place needs a new GM, it just plain sucks.
I love Red Robin.
The food was wonderful. The service was great. Erica our server was friendly, always checking up on our table as well as others bringing the bottomless fries. Even as packed as it was for the teacher appreciation they all had a smile on their face. Thank you for the free burger special. ❤️🍔
