Service there is terrible. No one at front to seat anyone. The couple in front of us waiting for a table or even acknowledgedment finally left. We sat ourselves in the bar area and a partially cleaned table. Server finally came over about 10 to 15 minutes later. We ate almost the whole meal before the remainder of table was cleared. Server had an attitude at first but as we remained friendly she got better. Food is good tho! Great burgers.! I gave one star because they obviously have a horrible manager. IT WAS STANDING ROOM ONLY @ door for a table but when told we were there for my Birthday, we got seated in 10 min., SERVICE was EXCELLENT
Hostess was busy and I get that-but no one smile-looked like she hated her job, tables all over that needed to be bused, we waited 20 Min. We asked I sit in the bar (bc there were tables) and told no bc we had children—and I get that—but there were other children in the bar! Will say-our waiter once he finally made it over-was friendly and did apologize, food was fine...upon leaving the same hostess was getting on to another hostess that made too many balloons...
my wife ordered me a soup and sandwich to go....they sent about a quarter bowl of clam chowder....ridiculous...
Food was average as always, manager let a man in with his dog, it was not a service dog the owner just had a thin rope around his neck and was letting him put his front paws up on the bar! Roaming as long as the rope let him and dog owner or manager didn’t do a thing about it!
