Received 2 food orders from Red Robin today. Both were cold and stale. The burger had mildew on the bun. Big green fuzzy spot. Disgusting. How could they not see that? Also, they didn't seem to concerned about it when I called them. The last time I ordered from Red Robin was a few months ago. I never received my food. It took me almost a month to get my money back for food I never received. At that point I decided I wouldn't order from Red Robin again. After 8 months I thought I would try again.

The food was good but the blonde hostess at the door at 11 a.m. was so unfriendly. never greeted us or smiled. Acted like she didn't want to be there.
