I have been to Red Robin’s a lot and this time was definitely a bad visit. We ordered and I asked for a specific burger. They come and give me buns covered with mayo and no pickles. The two things I clearly said. Then the person I was with had their own problems. The burger was falling apart before he could even take a bite. It really left a bad taste in my mouth this last visit.

We visited Red Robin yesterday 6-6-18 for my nieces 5th grade crossing the bridge into 6th grade (graduation ceremony) and the burgers were delicious. No complaints what so ever.
I had forgotten all about Red Robin as a viable vegan option until I was informed about free burgers for teachers today! I was so excited & decided I should really start going there more. Nope. ONLY teachers who eat meat are appreciated, apparently. The manager basically said we could order but they’d nickel & dime us for every change. Way to appreciate hard-working teachers! I won’t be going back.
Great news! They’re serving free burgers for teachers UNLESS you’re vegetarian or vegan. The best you could do was charge us for the vegan patty and bun change?! Seriously?! I had to be the jerk who had reserve a table for my teacher friends and their kids and then leave. This was not a service to all teachers. I did not feel appreciated and the manager was obviously no help whatsoever.
Always enjoy going there and our son who is gluten/dairy free loves it BUT for some reason the water w/lemon I ordered yesterday tasted bad (the water) I asked the waitress if it was tap and she said it was filtered through the soda machine but I've had water before through that but it tasted really bad yesterday for some reason, either that or it was the lemon slice.
The wait is fine if you are with someone you want to talk with or be with. If you are hungry 5 minutes seems like an hour. I think our waitress was awesome as our drinks didn't get past halfway and our food was fast. I enjoyed the burger but the bun did not hold together. My family and I enjoy coming here, however this last experience wasn’t the best. A restaurant that has a hostess should have a hostess who is up beat and smiling and welcoming their guests this last time the hostess was none ! I literally stood there until she finally looked up and all she said was how many? I mean no welcome no how are you? Nothing ! That’s not cool.
