Food is always delicious and service is always great.
Our server John was awesome. We had 2 little kids with us and he was patient and understanding. Even tho there was a packed house, he was very attentive. It's so refreshing to have a pleasant dining experience. Even when the 4yr old fell out his chair and did a faceplant on the floor. He made sure the manager was right there and there was an ice pack was available.
We had to wait a long time for our meal. The burger had so much mayo on it it made the bun soggy.
Mad Love Burger and a 32oz. Draft beer... say no more!
The burgers are sooooo good. I’ve never had something there I didn’t like. The sides are great and everyone loves unlimited steak fries! Service was good too. Drinks from the bar were great.
Burger seemed sooo tiny, size is not the same , but they were good. As i sat at the end table of 7 , I could not help but notice how the glassware were not washed correctly, very disgusting. I immediately asked for a to go cup.
I just experience excellent customer service. I ordered a salad only ate half and when we were leaving out the restaurant I left the other half on the table. My daughter ran in to see if my salad was still there and it wasn't and they made a whole new salad. Good job Red Robin way to go above and beyond. Not to mention Tama even before the in action my service was excellent the wait staff was good and work well together.
