Their service is appreciated as their food were great that I had onion rings as the starter and few cod fish with some french fries. Of course a mint brownie shake to go and they were good. However this location was the only one that is close to Jacksonville FL so far.
This is the worst service I have ever had at red robin. I will think twice before I go to another. That's for sure.

Great burger and service. Burgers we done to perfection.
We just left we waited while the people around us got waited on... But we made sure to tell the girl who sat us... This is the 2nd time we will not be back ... We are heading to square 1....
For the very first time I took advantage of an offer to a Vet on Veterans Day. I visited the Gainesville Florida location and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! The Server (MAX) was more than attentive and hospitable and I was able to speak with the manager at length. Both the product and the service was OUTSTANDING and 5 hours later I am still happy and content!! KUDOS!!!!
