Great food, amazing service! Our server was amazing!
We loved service and food! We expected to wait for a seat being it was a Friday night but didn't wait at all had prompt service and a awesome waiter! Food is always good at Red Robins
Horrible service, while apologetic he totally sucked it should not take 45mins to take someones order and then to blame it on kitchen was not right at all this is 4th trip since it opened and 2nd dismal fail this time it ruined a Mother Daughter Birthday lunch I am 3 hours away so not like we can do a make up lunch on another day I never even got to eat mine it took so long to get it had to put in a to go box hour and a half only to leave without eating but I still had to pay for burger that ended up in trash
Yesterday was our first visit to Red Robin and we were more than satisfied. Our server Shauna was excellent. She kept our drinks full and fries topped up. The atmosphere was relaxed even though the place was super busy. There was a special Olympics fund raising event happening, and we got the privilege of meeting some of the athletes as well as watching the Alachua county sheriffs serve drinks and help with food. I didn't know how else to contact someone at this location so, I'll leave my "review". I just want to thank your staff for being so kind & gracious. My Dad comes in almost weekly after dropping my Mom off at her chemotherapy and every week, your staff wraps and sends an order of fries for him to take to her. I live in Washington State now and it's an increbily heavy weight lifted off my shoulders knowing that there are people that care about them. Callie was a great server. We missed eating Red Robin since we live Jacksonville and are from San Antonio, Texas. The food is great pricey but worth it with bottomless fries. Tried the popping purple lemonade but didn't like it so Callie brought me the freckled lemonade which i love. Being the only server and only 1 bartender we waited for our drink which came after we got our burgers. Pretzel bites were delicious
I had a great time. The food was amazing. The waitress was very on point with the orders.
