Service was good, food was decent. Took 15 minutes to be seated in a restaurant less than half full, but overall experience was pretty good.
My daughters favorite restaurant. We have been coming here for a few years now for mommy/daughter dates. The food is good and if we ever had a problem, it was fixed immediately. The staff are fantastic and treat us like family. Not too expensive for what we order and bottomless fries are awesome.
Great food, great service. Have loved Red Robin for years. Only complaint I have is their new pay system. Although convenient for small groups, it's such a pain that I would consider anywhere else with a large group. We had 15 people at one table paying on 7 different checks. We had to wait for one person to select their items, pay, do a survey, and then pass to the next person to sort out and find all of their items, pay, ect... It took about 40 mins for our table to all be able to pay their bill by passing around this litt... read more
Has horrible service wouldn't refill drinks. The food was horrible the strawberry lemonade was strawberry juice and water. The whole dinner was horrible the burger was so greasy the bun was soggy. The French onion soup tasted like a salt block. The only decent thing about the night was I talked to the manager and she was very kind and apologized for the experience and credited us one burger free.
The food was good, but service and cleanliness were not up to par.
We were there about 6p. Not too crowded which was good. Our server was great. She kept our tea full and was prompt with anything we needed. Always a smile on her face. Came by and checked on us several times. Food was great. My favorite is the sweet potato fries and the bonsai burger. My hubby had a grilled triple cheese melt and chili. We have been before when it's packed and it's been slow and service not as great but no complaints this time. Will still always stop when we are in Gville.
It wasn't busy at all but service was not at its best. No ice at all in kids sweet tea. Had to ask for it. I feel servers should come to table to see what we need , not us have to keep asking. Food was great ...
