First time visit for lunch today.. server and manager made great impression. Was surprised at the attention. Offered my grandson something else when he said "They made my pizza wrong" so they took pizza off our bill. Had turkey burger was great!
Terrible service and quality control.
The service was the slowest I have ever seen. I think they do that so you don't bother getting the kids more Mac n cheese or fries. Basic meal should not take 2 hours. The food is good but we were sat and waited almost 15 just for drinks then got food after 45plus and no silverware. Them the kids wanted more of bottomless mac n cheese and 20 minutes later still none. Then they ask if we want dessert. Yeah sure if we want to wait another hour for it. No rare burgers? If I want a burger cooked medium, there's a dozen drive throughs nearby. You make Black Angus beef taste like a Quarter Pounder.
Sorry I don't know what makes them say that they have the best burger.
