The service SUCKS. But that being said? I think either the servers are under trained or overwhelmed. The servers are always friendly and apologetic, but good luck talking to your server less than ten minutes after you are seated. You'll wait an additional ten for drinks, so if you know you're going to have more than one? Order two at the get go. Food is fine, but something is lost on efficiency.
I have eaten at (and Enjoyed) many different Red Robin's in a few different states! Tonight was the first time I had to walk out w/ out ordering/ eating! The service at the Pembroke Pines store was SO bad, and it wasn't b/c they were busy... More tables were empty than full! Once we actually got svc the bartender couldn't even get a drink w/out ice right! I asked for a phone # to the mgr, so I could voice my frustration and instead one came up to speak w/ me... Well the service is top notch Alicia our server was in touch with all her tables not to tho point of being annoying but enough for u to know that if u need something she was gonna be there...And then enter Pittman which I was told is the Asst kitchen Supervisor walking around the restaurant making sure that everyone was good with wat they ordered we had a slight bacon miscommunication and he brought a whole new order and something else and he made it right .......right away....definitely will b back awesome spot lots of beer... read more
