Staff was very friendly. The waitress, Paige seemed as excited to be here as I was. The burger was delish an fresh. Loved it.
Had a horrible experience today. After waiting 10 mins we finally ordered drinks, another 15 mins ordered food. Waitress never came back to even refill my 5yr olds drink. We were there for an hour and the food still wasn't there. We got up and left but they still boxed the food up as we were going out the door. Here for lunch, also here for the first time, server has been awesome, drinks are great, and the food, omg, the food. My wife and I will frequent this place far more than we should! :)
I am happy to see Red Robin allowing "total" menu substitutions avoiding all STARCHES, Bottomless Broccoli, for the Bottomless Fries, and putting the sandwiches in beautiful LETTUCE WRAPS, I have joined the Red Robin Royalty for other bottomless Deals...Thank you Red Robin, for allowing me to stay on my healthy eating habits!
I have never been there before. I don't think that I will either. From what I have just read on the comments it sounds as if there service is awful and the people that work there are lazy and very rude. Not to mention that there food has received poor ratings. I am glad that I reviewed the comments. By the way I did not mean to put any stars on here.

I have not been back since our horrible experience at the Pensacola location. Our family of 4 went for dinner a few months back. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. My husband drink wasn't served before the appetizer. He was told the tap was dry and they were putting in a new one. The manager came back to say it was the nitrogen tank and all taps were down.
