I will never eat there again. The restaurant should be renamed Red Robbers. We got horrible, slow service, mediocre food, a bill that was apparently not ours according to the waitress, an extra charge for playing video games that we did not play, no mention of bottomless fries by our waitress, and a manager who could care less. This is my first bad online review, and I can not think of a more deserving recipient!!
We went there last weekend and I was so disappointed. The burgers were dry and nothing special! We were never told about the free refills of fries or drinks. I was given a bill for one amount and charged on my credit card for another amount. The waitress was unable to explain what had happened. We'd been there so long and my grandson couldn't sit there any longer, so we just left. I will never go there again. It is a RIP OFF!!!!
Yep only took an hour to get our food and my burger was soooo greasy!
Been waiting over 20 minutes and still don't even have our drinks. 10 minutes for a waitress to even acknowledge is.
Great food new design layout for seating.good burger a lot of people in restaurant . Nice place with the new Design looks good to me.
Wasn't worth the wait it took to get the burger I ordered, and they didn't cook it right. The lady next to us they didn't make hers right neither. Never go there again.
One of the best burgers I have had. Must try the whiskey river bbq burger
1st timers at Red Robin, we drove from Daphne, AL to check it out . . . We enjoyed our meal & our chocolate milkshake!! Will definitely make the drive again.
