We were traveling back to Ocean Springs, MS from the FSU game. Stopped in for lunch. It was very good. Definitely will go back again.
Just sit at the bar with Adam...perfect! His enthusiasm and level of service are awesome! Give this guy a raise!
We were traveling back to Jackson Miss and got off and stopped to eat we have always seen Red Robin commercial and decided to stop and eat there , we were greeted at the door by a waiter and he held the door open for me and my family. We were seated as soon as we got in . Had a wonderful meal all orders were hot and had all the fries we could eat !!! And on existing the restaurant the head waitress open the door for my mother in law and wife and me . They Rock in my eyes Good Food and Good Service and Good Host
So angry with this place! They messed up my burger and just changed the bun so it still had stuff I didn't want on it. When your infant is in the hospital and you want a good meal avoid this place!!
Unfortunately the service was awful. Never once were we offered a refill! We had to ask another server to get our waitress twice. I was brought the wrong food 2 times, and they forgot our appetizer. To top it all off for this experience I paid $35.00 for fast food service of burgers and fries. I won't be going back.
The Burger was not gud it was on the bad side today I wasn't be back
We ate at this red robin yesterday. We waited 30 min from when we ordered until our food was brought. It was not hot upon arrival. We had to ask for silverware. The server appeared to have too many tables and the manager seemed to be content walking around the restaurant and not helping any of the servers. This has been one of our favorite restaurants because of gluten free options, but after yesterday's experience, I hesitate to return.
I abouslety luv this place it is one of my favorite places.
Free refills? Bottomless fries? I was never informed of that today. I thought I was at Krystal cause the meat was paper-thin!!! A Krystal would have been better, at least I would have gotten mustard on it. No ketchup, no mayonnaise! Over charged for the beverage after telling me it was on special. Checkers would go out of business if they were half as BAD as Red Robin Gourmet Burgers in Pensacola. See how long they will be paying mall rent with that half a ss quality.
