My burger was burnt to a crisp and the yolk was hard so I returned it and received no compensation for the inconvenience. Nothing! I won't be back.
The service was slow for lunch time there was only 2 people on and they worked very hard all of our meals were wonderful
The service was great and food was great except for dessert it fell short when digging in. The waitress was very polite and enthusiastic and everything was very good making you want to savor every bite.
We had friends with us yesterday that had never heard of Red Robin let alone eat at one. All four of us was happy with our meals and the onion rings. The waitress we had was great and had a great sense of humor. Our friends wanted a "good burger" for lunch and my husband suggested Red Robin. All four of us was very pleased with the food and the waitress. We will be going back again the next time we are in Poughkeepsie.
The service wasn't up to par .. We ordered and appetizer and never received it ... We waited 35minutes and then our food came out the waitress asked if we wanted our appetizer YEAH I eat my appetizer after my meal I told her no and to cancel it .. Very disappointed
I love it there that stack of onion rings with that greagreat sauce the food I order wasn't that bad I had a macaroni and cheese burger it could of been better but I love that placplace great service fast food
The guacamole bacon burger - juicy,scrumptious, lots of texture with the layers of guac, bacon, tomato. Burger cooked perfectly, fries crisp and well-done, as ordered. Restaurant has nice intimate lighting and is spotless. Professional customer-friendly servers. Very appealing. Go.
I can promise you that after tonight's awful experience I will not be going back to the Poughkeepsie one. And that is sad since we would go 2 to 3 times per month. After waiting 20 minutes to even be noticed sitting there, we ordered. Our app was brought out, I had to go get our silverware, several tables of leftover food and not cleared still when we left. When our food was brought out, I ordered the whiskey river BBQ burger ( which was my fav) , our waitress gave me a burger which was not the BBQ, it looked like a cheese b... read more
