The bun was stale...but the burger, fixings and of course the onion rings are outstanding...Beer was good & cold....
Have been there several times. Food is always good. Service was very slow yesterday afternoon even though it wasn't overly busy or crowded. Seemed like they were understaffed. The waitress was also the bartender. She was doing double duty. It took 15 minutes to get our appetizer of Chips and salsa to be delivered and longer for drinks. Had to ask for drinks of 2 iced teas. 20 more minutes for our burgers (mine was overcooked, but didn't want to wait longer for a new one to be cooked) to be dropped off by runners who all seem... read more
My kids love it, service and food is good. One of the only places I’ll take my 2 little kids out to dinner.
First time ever going to a Red Robin and i can say our experience was Great. Our Hostess Lisa was super courteous and went above and beyond to help us with the computer and was really kind. She really made pur visit delightful. Will recommend to friends and family. We will be going there again in the near future.
Placed an order last night for curbside pickup at 7:30 PM. Arrived at 7:35, sat in the car for 5 minutes, nobody came out to the car with my food. So my girlfriend went in to get it and still had to wait another 10 minutes for it to be ready. What’s the point of setting a specific time for curbside pickup if it’s not good to be ready even close to that time? Not to mention my fries were ice cold by the time I got to eating. Burger was mediocre.
Want a review? Ok....ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with fries around 2:30....around 7:30 had severe vomiting and diarrhea for about 12 hours, thank God I was home....had to go to hospital early this morning for food poisoning...let me tell you I will NEVER eat at a Red Robin again....and oh did I mention I’m 3 months pregnant? Not a happy camper right now with this establishment....👎🏻👎🏻
We had a Great time there. The service was good and the food was as well. It's our third time there so I think they earned a very good review. If you're interested the mood for burgers and beer this is the place.
It is always soooooo delicious! Excellent service this time!
