The chicken I ordered vs the meal I received…. The fact I got it cold is on door dash and the kind person who answered your phone let me know you’re out of limes…. But WOW. I thought this was BBQ sauce…. It’s just blobs of seasoning? This is NOT why I wanted Ensenada chicken ….
Broccoli tasted like burnt plastic. I asked how it was steamed and was told it was steamed in a plastic bag. Well if that’s the flavor they were going for they nailed it .
My burger was cold, like it was under heating lamps for an hour. No napkins. No utensils. My server was awesome. The food was a big huge disappointment

Just walked out of this location... first waited almost 10 minutes in the lobby to be acknowledged then requested a booth and was denied (the restaurant was almost empty) and told there wasn’t one available. We decided to go somewhere else that was interested in our business and the hostess could care less. Terrible service at the front, wasn’t going to attempt the service in the rest of the establishment. You would think they might want the business being how empty it was. Sad.
