denied a 75 year old woman from ordering something small off of the kids menu while dining with her great grandchildren. as a server myself, I could NEVER imagine treating a customer like that, regardless of what they wanted to order. she did NOT eat lunch today because of the way she was treated by the server and the manager. I hope that you're proud of yourselves for treating a customer as if they do not matter. I'm disgusted and will NEVER return.
Food was great. However the hostess sat us at a dirty table, told us she was sorry it was dirty but no one came to clean it. So we cleaned it ourselves after waiting 20 minutes for someone to wipe it down. There were numerous other tables clean and empty so in it sure why she chose this seat.
I really had a fantastic cheeseburger along with the bottomless fries with a lemonade with a garlic aiole which was out of this world delicious I will definitely be returning again. I also want to thank Sarah our Server for excellent service she did a great job !!!
Our waitress was so sweet, but I can't remember her name cause after two months I am just belong asked to do this survey...lol. Red Robin...Yummmm!
Great food. Great people. Gluten free buns which are amazing! One of my favorite restaurants.
I will only give u 4 stars. We went to the poughkeepsie, ny red robin. When we arrived we were seated immediately and I ask the host if they sang for birthdays. She said yes so I told her we were there for a family birthday dinner for my daughter can u let our server know? She said yes. Very quick service and food was delicious. I excused myself and asked a second hostess if they could come sing at our table. She said yes no problem. We were handed our receipt and no one ever came over to sing. Dirty plates, filthy bathrooms and high volume of people. Why wouldn't you keep up with cleanliness if you have this much business? I was sick all night and this morning as well.
