We had a bad experience at Red Robin yesterday from where they seated us to how they cooked our burgers.
Woke up at 4 AM with food poisoning, after I took my family here.
EXCELLENT BURGERS ☆☆☆☆☆ LOVED THE "SINGING WAITRESSES"...THEY MADE IT A VERY SPECIAL BIRTHDAY ♡♡
Not a good experience - had to send back glass of water 2 times - both had things floating in it - I ordered a burger without sauce on it - it was loaded with sauce. Instead of fries I got a side salad - that was a joke - it was just a pile of lettuce. The waitress told me she would get me another bun but it took so long for her to get it I just ate the burger without one. When she came back with the bun that was suppose to be toasted - it was soggy. The fries that my family had were soggy. The manager did come over and talk... read more
Still sitting here. Best server I've ever had here. Going to try and catch her name. She's training and working circles around the much younger servers. Would have been a 5 star but my burger was cooled off before it got to me. Never been happier with my service here. Ty
Arrived there on Saturday at 1:00 PM they were busy but there was no waiting for a party of six. The food was good and it was hot. The atmosphere was nice and the servers were pleasant. I will definitely come back and try more things on the menu. Would recommend it to family and friends.
The burgers are good... the fries... well... they are never consistent. Tonight the first batch of fries were good. Then the 2nd serving was overdone and tough so we sent them back the third was good, but not many in that batch so the 4th again were overdone and tough... Called the manager over... the apology was luke warm just like the tough fries. We were told by the manager tonight that tough overdone fries is what people really like. I was disappointed this time. There was hair in my salad, went to use the Pepper shaker and it was so disgusting it looked like it hadn't been clean in a while and all sorts of stuff fell out of it (eyelashes, food) when I turned it upside down, good thing I didn't do it over my food. Fruit flies were flying all around the table. I'm in no hurry to go back.
