Worst meal we've ever had here, usually they are consistent and the burgers are cooked to order, we always look forward to eating here again. The bun on my double tavern burger was rock hard and the wife's burger was charred to a crisp, very disappointed this time around
Allison (our waitress) was probably the worse i have ever had any where i have been!! We asked several times for refills both drinks and fries\sides! It took 25 minutes to get all of them! When we stated to her this she seemed not to care. When we attempted to pay she walked away! I assumed at the point we had to take it upfront and she stated that we needed to pay the server! Must say very disappointed my sandwich was made wrong and she didn't care!
We used to love Red Robin, not so much any more. The quality has really gone down. It feels like yet another national chain that doesn't pay attention to how their individual stores are run. What a waste.

Red Robin I just love red Robin. The service was great the girl we had was fantastic. The burger is the best burger I've ever eaten. Sweet potato fries with the best and you can get more if you want. Best place to eat yummmmm!!!
I was at your 905 Holt road location in Webster, NY tonight. I had probable the best serves I have ever wile dinning out at any place. Keith, was our server and he was amazing, very nice, very kind. and over all a joy. I worked over 12 years in the retail world. So I know how good customer serves is. Keith had some of the best I have ever seen. So I know not many people take the time and wright a good review. But after dealing with Keith I felt the need to leave my feedback.
