Terrible dining experience! Slowest Service...waited 15 minutes before the waitress even came to our table, ordered immediately, and our dinners came out 47 minutes later, 2 orders were wrong, and our waitress never came back to our table in between taking the order and delivering the food. This Red Robin has definitely gone down hill. Won't be back. Oh...and it was a birthday dinner for our son...Save yourself the hassle and pick another restaurant.
I had cod and shrimp duo. It was really good. Was busy in there and the waitress was excellent. We had a party of 7 it was a celebration for my grandsons graduation. I recommend this place it would have been five stars but it was quite busy in there.
the gourmet burgers are good you should not make tavern burgers they taste more like a bad burger king burger. and bottomless fries are a joke right we asked for more fries when our meal came and didn't get them till we were done and ready to leave. just serve a decent order of fries with the burger and you don't have to ask for more. probably won't visit this business again with so many better burger joints available.
Service was fantastic. The food was just ok. I thought it was very expensive for what we got. Two burgers, two fries and one fried pickle. No alcohol and the bill was over $40. Not sure that I will go back.
We went there last night. Took forever for waitress to bring drinks...then another 50 minutes until food arrived. I ordered a guac bacon burger...I saw no guac, however waitress said it was there. My burger came with 4 cold fries. Waitress never came to check on us, finally flagged her down to ask for more fries for my son and she brought a plate with maybe 6 fries. We flagged her down again for more fries. Each time getting 5-6 fries. I will never go back!

I placed an order online at 4 pm to be picked up at 7:30. I arrived at 7:30 and have been waiting a half hour for my drinks that I ordered online to be ready at 7:30. They gave me the to go food which is now cold all bc no one wanted to finish the order! Like really I'm standing here and I keep getting passed off to another waiter, the bartender, another waiter and finally the manager. So now 40 min after I scheduled the pick up I leave with cold food. Never going back
