We love to go to Red Robin yet our recent visit (today!) was terrible!! Our waiter (Thomas) was not very attentive and in fact was not any where to be found for several occasions during our meal. In fact, a waitress had to cash us out after she also looked for him!! We spoke to the manager and he told us he'd talk to Thomas. Yes, give him a long talk on how to treat your customers so they will leave tips!! Tried the Bruschetta sandwich and was pleased. I believe our servers name was Ashley and she awesome!
No matter where we are, Red Robin has the best burger. We always get good service.
went to the orchard park location, the bar tender was professional and quick. amazing food and drinks. will be visiting very soon!

Watched our waiter go to other tables three to four times before our food came. My food was lukewarm at best. Asked for replacement onion rings because ours were cold. He tried to charge us for replacement onion rings. Received maybe eight fries with my dinner. and they were cold. Second helping of fries hot, but not seasoned. Had to ask for napkins, as none were on the table. Watch wait staff and management stand around chatting as many dinners sat in the window. Not worth the time to visit.
Good burger good waiter. Will be back.
