Customer service was amazing!!!!! Ashley was our server. Havent been to Red Robin in 10 yrs. My burger was good however it lacked flavor. it was juicy and had all the topping but the meat was completely flavorless. 5 guys burgers are much better. probably wont return.

This was our very first time at Red Robin as we have none where we live and it wont be our last! The employees are super friendly and helpful, the place was spacious and very clean. The food was Amazing and prices very reasonable!

Enjoyed our first dining out since pre-COVID lockdown. Very satisfied with the cleanliness and the caution taken for safety. Quick service. The burger was cooked to request and juicy, and the fries perfectly hot and not overly crispy or mushy.
everything I ordered was completely wrong and cold I understand food will be cold what are you doing take out but their fries for an even cooked when I call the manager to get a refund he gave me attitude and put me on hold for 23 minutes this place is be shut down or New Management but during this time with all this stuff that we have going on you might want step up your carryout game a little bit disappointment
