Awful service last night. It took over an hour to get our burgers. Our waitress (I mistakenly threw away the receipt with her name on it) barely checked on us. We had to ask several times for drink refills. We asked if we could have some fries while the kids were waiting, and unbelievably she brought out 2 baskets each had less then 10 fries! I enjoyed a quick bite to eat. My bf an I were on a time schedule. I had a cowboy bbq sandwich,which was really good. We came around the back thinking it was a wendys. So we came around the front thought it was a fast food restaurant. Nope. But the waitress was really nice. Good greeters. I'd recommend it to friends an family.
The Cobb salad was delish, the sangria was so good I had 2!...and our waitress/server was a hoot!!😂🥗🍷
35 people waiting for table and there were25 empty tables. Poor management. Food was not good and I literally got up and threw up in their bathroom. Yes the soup was that bad. Food took forever. Staff members had no idea what they were doing
I want to thank you and your staff for a great complimentary lunch for school staff on Tuesday June 5th. I am a local bus driver. There was a small wait time but the staff was very friendly and very efficient! Our server, Emery, is an asset to your business. Very prompt, pleasant, and a professional. Our burgers were excellent! Thank you again for showing all of us recognition.
I ate at a different red robin and hated it my burger was not done and only a couple fries. Today I went back for the free burgers and fries for bus drivers and school staff. The food was good and staff was amazing. Thank you so much for our lunch today. You guys rock.
I aways have a great experience, even if it is super busy. I normally have my food taken out, but, I sit at the bar in the meantime. I usually get a milkshake while waiting. Shout out to Ashley the bartender for always being a great hostess/ bartender! Rest of the staff is cool. The manager two visits ago saw it was my birthday month and gave me a free small sundae to go. Even if that was company policy or not it was a cool surprise!
Fuck this place shitty food way over priced and service was shit and didnt have the dessert I ordered and could only give me a gift card in return cause they couldn't reimburse me with money the fuck you couldn't...yeah fuck this place unless your lookin to drop a duce on the floor then it's a good place to stop
