Burger were good. My grandson was very happy which made us very happy. The staff was very friendly and nice. I would go back.
The service was no good. Server was all over the place
Just home from having lunch at Red Robin, in Elgin where Tony was treated to a free meal (delicious BTW). Don't get me wrong, the free meal for him was great, but the manager took the time to visit the table of every veteran. After personally thanking him, he then presented him with a thank you card signed by the staff. that simple personal touch was so very much appreciated. So, THANK YOU Red Robin

My family and I just wasted $75 of hard earned money by visiting this establishment. We ordered drinks and appetizer and our appetizer arrived about 10 minutes before the drinks. The restaurant was only about half full on a Friday night and now I know why. It took about 40 minutes to get our burger orders to the table. Upon leaving I almost slipped and fell due to the overly greasy floors. It is just disappointing that a service related industry seems to fail to serve you the customer.
