Understaffed for a school fundraiser night. Half the tables empty, yet 20-30 min waits to be seated. Once seated, took about half an hour to get appetizer and drinks. Silverware and napkins not brought until after we were almost done w/the appetizer. They comped those because they forgot. Double check with your bank/credit card statement. I had a meal, paid $32.21 on my card on November 6th, my bank shows $70.76 on the 7th. Will NEVER EAT AT A RED ROBUN AGAIN
Service was terrible, for the 2nd time and last time. I finished my drink before I finished half of my sandwich, and finished all my fries before that. Our server never returned to the table. The manager, Doug, came by the table and asked if we needed anything else. It is unacceptable for a server to not pay attention to the customers. We go to the Woodfield location off then and never have any problems. But this is the 2nd time at this location, with the same server attitudes.
