Sorry but that's what I see. The level of discrimination is getting popular even in restaurants if you are not white u get sited by bathroom door or way back and white people get sited in front so place looks good. Never go back to this place to eat I'm sick and tired of racist people. If you are not white never go there.
I have had the guacamole burger both times I've been to Red Robin. And it's delicious and juicy and I love it. The fries also are delicious. My best friend and my husband both had the pub mac and cheese when we went to the South Elgin location last night and they both said it was to die for. And our server was attentive as well. We will definitely be back!
Restaurant charged 12% sales tax. Local tax is 10%. Manager was clueless!
Ordered a burger that was supposed to be a little "pink". Came out nearly well done. There were literally only about 12 sweet potato fries on the plate. Waitress never came back to check on us until we flagged her down. Asked for more fries. That took at least 10 minutes. Not once did she ask how anything was. Terrible food and horrible service. Never again.
The combination of flavors is delicious! They give you a good sized salmon fillet. The sauce combines tangy and creamy. ...and the addition of the deep fried lemon slice is genius and adds a sour kick to each bite. I like it both on the bun or as a lettuce wrap! A healthy choice that feels indulgent!
I read so many bad reviews that I was scared to go!! BUT, the food was sooo good and the wait staff were friendly and there was was the usualwait as there is in any place. I would go again!!
Very pleasantly surprised by Red Robin. The burgers, bottomless fries, and shakes were five star for sure. Had some apps and they were great too!
