Loved the service and the food was amazing with bottomless fries. Great service done by Josh
Food and service was great. I signed up for the royalty program while at the restaurant. Received a follow-up e-mail to complete the enrollment, however, was unable to do so as the 5 digit number to be entered on the phone was not accepted. I tried three times and gave up. Also tried to get help on the website but was not successful. Too bad because the program seems to be a good deal.

Let me say it was the most horrible service and food that I have gotten at a red robin, first it took our server like 20 plus mins to greet us at our table. We ordered appetizer and main dishes and drinks, drinks came 10 mins later, then our appetizer then 5 mins later came our main dish. We didn't even get to enjoy our appetizer. The burgers tasted off, and the bun was covered in mayo, both top and bottom. Fantastic sweet potato fries, good burgers and really family friendly. Good service too! Malts and shakes to top it all off. Yummm....

My mom my cousin and I ate there tonight and we had an awesome waitress. After the bill was paid we sat for a long time talking & catching up. Thank you for letting us stay after we ate. It was a much needed girls night out for the three of us.
We love this place!!
The campfire sauce is the best part.
