Went with my family to the Skokie location and as usual the food was great, served quickly and hot and our server was awesome! He was spot on with everything including drink refills! We all left stuffed and happy!
The food was good a little pricey and service was lacking. Server never came back to our table for refills on our drinks until we were finished eating.
The food is always wonderful. The service would be greater if the company provided more employees to care for their customers.

I honest had better burgers before then this, not a big fan first and last time I come here.
I was served RAW CHICKEN at this location. VERY POOR customer service from the corporate offices!!!
