Delicious great servic and the food was really good!
It was below zero outside & one Customer complained of being hot so they turned on the air! We were so cold I couldn’t pick up my spoon to eat my soup. I asked several times for the air to be turned of only for the waitress to say she would go ask. Our waitress kept walking away before we could finish a sentence as I wanted to ask if she would pack my things so we could leave. The fries were nasty. I think they reheated them a few times to many. My burger was luke warm and when I mentioned it the waitress said she would be back and never did. So I ate it as it was. We only stopped at the Skokie location cause we were in the area. I don't think we will be back at this location again. Manager was no where to be found.
We were a party of 9 out for my birthday. We had an issue with our server - she never came back to see if we needed refills on our drinks or fries. We flagged down the manager, Andy and he saved the day. Very apologetic, got all our refills and even took one of the appetizers off our bill. Great customer service and he knows how fix a problem. Great asset to Red Robin. (Food was great, too!)
We arrived a little before 7, and the hostess told us that it was going to be about a 15-20minute wait. So we said we would wait and just stepped right outside the door because the lobby was packed. A large party was seated and the lobby emptied, so my husband and I went back in. Not even 5minutes passed by. The hostess gave us an attitude and said,"are you a party of 2? Was a great meal for my wife and I we haven't been there in a while we were just running some errands and saw Red Robin and both said yum!!!
The new bbq pork appetizer is amazing. Southern charm burger was excellent. Will be back soon !
Burger was mediocre and not even hot. I've had so much better burgers at places not known for burgers.
