Excellent food, excellent service, a bit expensive but delicious
Worst service ever! Only five seated at the bar and he couldn't check on us. Fries were under cooked burgers over cooked. Didn't get a check back until we were completely done. I guess tge two minute two bite rule doesn't apply at RR?! Ordered sauce on side sauce was on the burger. Needed dipping sauce for the onion straws. NOPE! NEVER EVER again will I spend my money there.
The food was good but service was kinda bad. They did have birthdays going on though.
An hour and fifteen minutes for a kids burger and two chicken sandwiches??? The excuse was that there was a birthday party going on. Doesn't explain how at least 4 families who came after us were served before we were. One couple said they felt so sad for us. The first waitress kind of disappeared, the second one was very helpful. The manager gave $5 off but could not be bothered to talk to us personally. We never this kind of trouble at the South Whitehall location.
