This was the most disappointing trip here thus far. My brother found a large piece of Saran Wrap IN HIS BURGER while eating it. The bill was comped for the ill prepared burger & another burger was made. However, no other offers were made in attempt to make this disgusting error right. My brother was in town to celebrate his son’s birthday (they are from out of town). I initially recommended here b/c we come here every year for MY son’s birthday. RecommendedI only get the chance to eat here about a couple times a year. I LOVE their fried pickles. Had the fried battered cod—delish! (and their tartar sauce is good and fresh—doesn’t have a sweet taste to it—the way I like it!)
Worst experience ever!!!
Came in with my girlfriend tonight, we both ordered burgers. Waited a half hour for our food for the server to tell me that they are out of blue cheese for my blue cheese burger. Food finally came out and my burger was burnt, when I requested medium well. The manager didn't even bother to come over to our table and take care of these issues. My burger should have been comped - I didnt even eat it. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning due to poor customer service.
RecommendedThe last lunch that we had at Red Robin was not that good. We felt cheated for what we paid. We were not planning on going back but it was late in the afternoon and we were hungry. Red Robin was close. We decided to give it another try. This time our lunch was a lot better, everything was hot and tasted good.
