I visited Red Robin for the first time ever today, The Food was great but the service was horrible not only that I ask for a cup of Coffee and it was brought to me being hold from the top of the cup where you drink from instead of being hold from the cup handle. I ask for a spoon they gave one by it self and not wrap in a napkin. I was a waiter for 3 years and I was always told that Coffee Cups should be hold by the handle, and utensils should be wrap in a Napkin even if it's just a single utensil. We were seated with dirty silverware that had food caked on the knife. Absolutely disgusting.
The New England clam chowder is the best and I love their froes.
Service and food was great, especially the garlic fries, yum
I ordered a Whiskey River BBQ salad last night . it was horrible. I got a bed of lettuce with chicken topped with bbq sauce and 2 pieces of burnt toast and my avocado was black. I will never go there again. I place my order over the phone and when my hubby got there they never placed my order so he had to wait another 20 minutes.
