The burgers came with toppings missing or put on wrong burger. Extra fries took too much time. I believe our waitress really worked hard to please us. but Kitchen crew let her down, but the kids love coming here. My burger was to be medium, but came out med. well and could hardly tell it had cheese on it.
Terrible bartender. One drink and we are leaving. She couldn’t be more put out by us. We are the only ones sitting at the bar by the way. Guess we’ll eat somewhere else.
Service is quick and the food is always hot and good. It does take long to get a second order of fries though. I feel like you should order them when you first get your food.
Service was deplorable for a non-busy night. Watched 2 couples be seated and have to wait 8 minutes even to be acknowledged by a server as I had to wait 8 minutes for a refill of water. Husband ordered a refill of fries as soon as he was served because his meal only came with 8, but refill did not come until after his meal was consumed. Manager was walking the floor but at no time acknowledged any of the patrons. Obviously it is a culture at this location.
I was at the Carlisle location just yesterday for celebrating my birthday. The coke was flat, no carbonation to it. There was a dirty knife in the mix of our silverware. I ordered french onion soup and was given a dirty spoon. I wasn't impressed.
We went to the one in Carlisle after shopping for 2 hrs and was very hungry cause it was supper time. From the time we walked in everyone was very nice, Excellent service and the waitress was very attentive and helpful.
I love this place because they have an awesome Vegetarian Burger that can be made Vegan. Our waitress Lauren was so sweet and understood my needs. We will definitely return for more great food!!
