I dont Typically write bad reviews online, but it seems like management at the Carlisle Red Robin doesn't care about their customers... Basically almost every time that I gave them a 2nd chance the food came out worst then before... I've given them every opportunity to make things right... If your looking for good food, Dont Look here..
All four meals were cold. Don't eat here if you're actually hungry. It took an extra 15 mins on top of the already 30 min wait and they weren't even busy.
I had the mushroom Swiss burger, couldn’t believe how many mushrooms, it was delicious, and our sever was outstanding. We’ll go back.

Was very disappointed tonight when my fiance and I stopped in specifically wanting to get bottomless fries and drinks and we were told we couldn't get just bottomless fries. We were told it's "company policy". We've been to the one in York and Mechanicsburg and both will serve just bottomless fries. We will be making sure to go to one of those locations before coming back to the Carlisle location.
