Just ate their Sunday Night, only about 2 other groups were eating before we walked in with another group of people. Waited awhile just to put our drink orders in, and then again about food. It took over an hour for the food to arrive, and two groups that came in behind us, had gotten served and were done before hand. We went last night and the service was great but the food was awful. The items were nothing of the pictures. I ordered the salmon sandwich. It was pure slop and cold. My kids got adult meals and they were less than a 1/2 portion so we needed to reorder more food costing us more . The fries you receive is less than 10 fries . The food came out cold and lettuce was wilted . Seems portions getting smaller and food getting sloppier . Prices aren’t worth the portion sizes . Food was cold and when manager came out wasn’t very friendly. I understand when you are short handed but you don’t have to act like the customer is an inconvenience to your night
I came from out of town took my cousin,best friend and my daughter there well it was nothing like the restaurant in Altooona Pa . Thing like the bacon were missing from our burgers our Fry's were cold I was very dissatisfied and I was the one that suggest Red Robin :(
My adult son & I were there yesterday mid-afternoon. We had no waiting. We both ordered mixed drinks & an appetizer. The Mai Tai's were delicious! The artichoke & spinach dip portion was huge. Way bigger than two other restaurants in the area offer. Definitely worth $7. The chips were refillable but we had plenty. We both ordered the Smoke and Pepper burgers (I think that was the name). Fast service, great food and clean. Server was excellent ! Highly recommend 👍
First thing walking in the door there were smashed French fries all over the entry way carpet... it was filthy...we got our food and we literally got like 12 French fries and it was mostly little bits and hard end pieces...the managers used to walk around and acknowledge you and ask was everything ok i watched her walk past everyone...you definitely don't get enough food for what you pay for...that will be the last time for us
