The food is always good. But the waiter was rushing us to much. Brought the drinks and asked if we was ready to order within that 2 minuets of sitting down. Said now give a few minutes please. His few minuets was legit 2 minuets and we just went ahead and order the first thing we seen on the menu for him to just go away. Kind of mad.... my husband picked up soutwest asiago salads to go. Asked for extra avacado on it and i couldnt eat my avacado. It looked like it was pulled out of the trash and my dressing was runny as if it was watered down and tasted like it too. I usually love Red Robin and was looking forward to it. :( yes....i have picks of the avacado......
Wow what happened to the soup Today wanted a cup of soup and got a little square plate of soup wow I think I are the soup in two spoon fulls
Horrible service. We finally just left because no one waited on us. A table next to us came in well after us and was waited on immediately. Feeling invisible. This is not the first thing me we’ve had such bad service at this location. It’s no wonder why it was half empty on a Sunday night.
The burger was cooked to order and was fine, but they don't know how to cook light fries. if I wanted potato chips I would have asked for them. I don't understand why none of the cooks here can cook light fries. I wanted my fries cooked like a baked potato which means still moist and pulled out when they are just starting to turn golden brown. Not when you cooked all of the moisture out of them and made potato chips. Thank you! I'm not sure that you will get a third try to make them for me.
Food was great, they kept the bottomless fried coming, and HIGHLY recommend server Morgan as she gave us the best service we have ever had at a restaurant. Can't recommend her enough!!!! Ask for her.
burger came out pretty bland tasting. I had to tell my waitress more than eight times that I wanted orders of french fries. After all those times of asking I only gotten out of all the times i asked three baskets of fries. It's bottomless fries for a reason, And that's what I wanted. I felt like the girl was trying to regulate how much I wanted to eat. I only ever have problems at this Mechanicsburg location Red Robin. The normal one that I go to in Carlisle has much better service and a much better staff
Everything is great, wonderful food, great server during a huge party rush! Awesome! But please, please don't keep scaring everybody by screaming about everybody's birthday. Nobody cares but that table.
