Do not go to the one on the Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Carlisle Pike!!!!!! Do not order and expect your food to be on time and then you run out of time and can’t wait any longer, they will NOT refund you even if you DO NOT receive your order!! They tell you that you have to call a third-party it takes 7 to 10 business days to get your money back because you ordered online. THEY DON’T TELL YOU THIS WHEN ORDERING!! This is pure BS!!!!!
I normally love this place but today the service was awful. Our waitress was rude and snobby! And the bill was messed up and the manager couldn't even make it right!!
I work right next door to this location and ordered takeout with my coworkers. My burger didn't have the lettuce tomato and onion on it that I requested. I called the store and told them that my burger was missing the toppings. They understood when I told them I would not have time to bring what I got back over and wait for them to make a new one because I'm a hairstylist and was with a client.
