We went to check in this weekend just to sit and eat as my cousin and I had our children with us . The ( I believe the manager ) was helping with seating up front and she asked me something and since it was super loud , I pulled my mask down ( I was 6 feet away ) , she automatically asked me to put my mask back up and didn’t let me speak Until I had it completely up. place was dead and were seated for 15mins and never got any service, meanwhile another table was seated 10mins after us and got service right away...we even had a server walk past us 5 different times and nobody ever stopped at all

I love Red Robin burgers. but walking up to your building was like walking up to a jail all the signs on the door one hanging as I walked in, I. I did not want to come in to get my Togo order.

This was absolutely the worst ever..... they are not prepared at all for Mother’s Day. Food cooked and sitting under light. 2 hours for food. Cold food. All of it....poor kid running outside for orders and returning inside with the bag because zero organization inside. People standing to find out order status and ignored. Guess what? It is Mother’s Day. Going to corporate tomorrow at 9 when they open.
