RecommendedGood food great service for us.
I have visited many times and love the food and service. The only 'gripe' I have is the WiFi password they tell me never works. I wish it was posted to be sure I was told the correct one.
My boyfriend and I were at Red Robin 2 weeks ago. We had absolutely horrible customer service from our waitress and the manager. I have emailed Red Robin twice and have not heard one thing! We won’t be going there again.
Our waitress was amazing and made my kids birthday the best! Plus we love the food.
Loved everything about this place. Just wish there was easier parking, but really even that wasn’t that bad this time!!
We were told we could not sit outside even though there were plenty of tables. We waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged at our table and the another 15 just for our drinks to arrive. And then the waitress forgot my toddlers drinks. We then never received refills or our bottomless side refills. Eating out with 2 kids, 4 and 1.5, is not fun to begin with, but the horrible service made this experience so much worse.
Awesome, great service and great price. Can't wait to go back.
We went there yesterday....the hottest day to date, AND THE AC WAS OUT!!!! Ugh!!!!
The wait to get food served after it was done was long. Came out cold and missing some items. Had to go back kitchen area to have the waiter bring our food to our table. Asked 3 times for fresh frys to be brought out. Never happened.
