We had the worst service ever. We were a party of 20 so we expected slower service. However, it took our waitress 2 hours to finally get the bills correct after 3-4 attempts. I have called corporate 3 times to only be told that this is a franchise location and i'd have to deal with them. They were supposed to have franchise owner call me - never occured. Sad. Take some responsbility and fix your mistakes!
Always happy when we go there. Prompt service, drinks refilled without asking always a plus. They never let us down when it comes to Birthday sundaes or desert. It’s a go to place for lunch or dinner if we want something local. Maybe one thing they might do a bit better is getting refill on French fries before dinner is almost gone.
The service was awful. Waited 15 minutes before our order was taken. The waitress who brought the food out blamed my friend for not telling them she had celiac disease when they brought out her burger on a bun even though my friend specified no bun in addition to asking for the gluten free menu, ordering everything gluten free, and to make sure there was a designated gluten free fryer for fries. The manager attempted to make up for it though and was very apologetic.
Have been here a million times and NEVER disappointed EVER !!! But I wish they would bring back the Patty Melt!!!!
I I went to the Red Robin store at Fallen Timbers Ohio after a long day to treat myself to a decent burger, I ordered the burger at around 6.40pm, for a to go order. I finally received my order at 7.20pm after asking the waitress if it was ready. I had already paid so I left the store and got back into my vehicle. As I drove off I began to open my food only to find that the fries were cold and soggy, then open the sandwich which was also cold.
