Literally just left this restaurant after waiting more than 30 minutes for our so called endless fries. Service was extremely slow, food took forever, never got our endless fries so we finally just left. Not worth it at all. What a joke. Then to top it all off our server Lisa asked if I wanted her to get a manager and I said yes because the service was so bad and she just walked away and never did !!!!!
Good selection of burgers. Kind of under-cooked for my taste. Bottomless steak fries were excellent.
Food was perfect. Worse service ever had. The guy never smiled, had to ask for ketchup, silverware, and napkins because we were never given any. Food came out fast however, we asked for more fries and never got them. We finished our food, each of us went to the bathroom one at a time and still never got them. He handed us out check and stood their waiting for it, gave him my card and I said what about our fries 20 mins later he said their making them fresh. We never got our fries so we left!!!! I love the fact you can have any hamburger you want done the way you want it and put on lettuce instead of bread. I'm trying to stay away from bread and red Robin makes it very easy to do that. Two thumbs up � �
