RecommendedAlways great food and service
They overcharged our card when we had a curbside pickup order, then disappeared with our card. After 15 minutes of sitting there with the food getting cold and soggy, we had to call again to say we didn’t want it. Waited another 20 minutes for them to fix the credit card situation. Wasted an hour of our time total (on my birthday), the manager wasn’t even apologetic once he finally addressed us (a half hour later), and we left with no food. Terrible experience.

3-4 weeks ago I ordered and paid for a full-sized portion of the pub mac and cheese and receive only half of a cup (clearly the side portion). I did not realize this until after driving home. I called and talked to a manager who apologized and told me that he would send me a gift card to my house as an apology for the mistake. I never received this or any type of credit to my bill.
