Had a bad experience on this night. The manager did a pretty good job on trying to make it better but we just weren't satisfied that night.

Server forgot our appetizer, brought all of our drinks and food at separate times. Our server never checked on us only when he brought the bill. And we were celebrating my sons 4th birthday. He complained when I told him "you expect me to sing" really? (Which he never did) Every single time we go we have a horrible experience !
HORRIBLE service. Food took over 30 min to arrive, most of our food was cold, sent one back, server never stopped to refill drinks, charged our credit card for 2 different checks, and to top it off my daughter was celebrating her birthday and all she wanted was them to sing to her...nope. Only go here if you want it to take 2 hours and like getting frustrated! Wish I could give them 0 stars!
Our server Vicki (Victoria) had a major attitude problem from the first moment she approached our table. Service went downhill from here. The female manager wasn't much help either. Only our second time coming to this location. It is definitely our last.
The food was pretty mediocre, but the service was terrible. The waitress seemed like she didn't want to be bothered with anyone, and had a really bad attitude. She rolled her eyes at customers as well. The people across from us were not happy either. It took an hour to get their food. It took us slightly less time to get ours, but we waited a good long while before she would even take our order.
