Had to wait a half hour for lemon & sugar for my iced tea. Asked the waitress 3 times and the server who brought the appetizers out. Still did not get my lemon & sugar until after the main course was served.
Sitting here now receiving the worst and slowest service we have had our whole trip! Debating wether or not to just get up and leave! And this place is filthy! My recommendation would be to go somewhere else! I know we are wishing we did!
Ever want to wait forever, get food before drinks, get multiple managers to visit your table and still fail at leaving you happy? Then come on in! We came back because the last time our server left us waiting for almost an hour for our dessert AFTER SHE WENT HOME which graced us with a gift card. Too bad I can't give it a negative star rating; that would be loads more accurate.
Went today to celebrate my son Christopher's Birthday and it was also #namethatburger day so he got a free burger.The food was fresh and hot!Our server Marcus was great and the rest of the staff was friendly as well. They even surprised my son with dessert and sang to him.We'll definitely be back! :D

Worst service ever waited 20 min for take out dessert. Cold food
They dont give a shit about their pick up orders. Be sure to check your pick up orders before leaving the restaurant. I know were not dining in but the food should still be kept to just as high of a standard. We're still customers. I dont know if it is standard of all the Red Robins but they put the salad that a substituted for the fries and packaged it in a container that is suitable for soup; not even a full side salad. Not bad service. Food definitely tasty. Waitress explained our options, placed order immediately. The manager stopped to ensure everything was to our liking.
