Last time I was there was a few years ago. Didn't have a problem with anything. Things must have gone down hill with all the bad reviews. I was surprised to see the signs taken down earlier this week. I guess bad service closed them down. If I had to guess the building might be torn down since the pinecrest development is taken place
The service was the worst and the server was terrible. We never got our drinks and the server have any attitude when you ask her questions
Now I see all the bad reviews... Really red robin? Not only did we wait 10 minutes to even have our drink order taken, you then took our food away when we got up to use the restroom..even with our coats still there, THEN, I go to eat what we ended up taking home and there's still a produce sticker on my red pepper???? Basically that tells me you didn't even bother washing the vegetables before you serve them. Puh-lease. I'm not interested in paying $40 for my family to eat somewhere with such horrible service. I am still here and this may have been the worst service I have ever encountered. Sticky dirty table, 15 minutes to get drinks 2 of 3 of the alcoholic drinks were wrong. Manager tried to serve visibly dirty glasses with the drinks. I politely asked him to get clean ones. I ordered my burger with a over easy egg and it was sunny side up. My plate has been sitting in front of me for at least 10 minutes and looking down the table empty glasses and dirty dishes. Food is consistent but they take forever to clear off tables sonthe wait is longer than it should be. Please train your staff!
Good was ok but the service sucked. Never got any of our drinks refilled. Had to wait over ten minutes for our check but never got it. Left minimum amount of money on table to pay (based on table side computer credit card thing). Maybe try it one more time. Maybe.
